About the Event

Atlanta has a strong design community that advocates for city planning, architecture, art, history, daily life, and the profession itself. Working in these different areas, these organizations sometimes overlap but are rarely pulled together in one place to increase visibility and celebration for the programming they produce.

This year, the Architecture and Design Center of Atlanta has a spot in the Inman Park Parade to bring the design community together and elevate good design and great architecture in Atlanta. As a part of their parade pageantry, the board and communications manager, Clementine Kornder, are creating two buildings from cardboard. The buildings will be wearable costumes and worn during the parade to encourage curiosity about Atlanta's architectural gems.

This is just a pic from the internet to help you visualize! We'll have the real pics by mid April.
